An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

Nebraska may also remove specified nonconviction history from public dissemination, set aside a conviction, seal certain matters, or correct an erroneous arrest. An old copy can therefore give a false picture of current status. Verify the disposition with the relevant Saunders court or Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division.

No material here is an official record. Confirm a court date with the District Court clerk, custody with Saunders Corrections, a sheriff record with the Sheriff's Office, a RAP sheet with Nebraska State Patrol, and a registration listing with the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry.
