A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

We retain an email or contact submission as needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Our material identifies how Saunders County records may be requested from the Sheriff, Corrections, trial courts, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Government access is governed by the Nebraska Public Records Act, while Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3520 addresses criminal-history dissemination and subject access.
